[Hangtown Farms]

We had no idea what it was called. The first year we lived here one of the kids trimmed it and it died. Like DEAD. Then this Spring it magically came back and had these gorgeous little flower stalks. We've been watering it.

Looks and acts like a plant we have here and I was told it is poisonous. I don't know its name to look it up to see if that is true

Has anyone bought feed this week?! Holy Cow! I was having serious sticker shock. I even called around to multiple places just to make sure it wasn't only my normal feed store that suddenly raised their prices $2/bag. Yikes!!

Artois Feed. I mentioned it a couple pages back but this page moves fast. Does anyone use it or know ANYthing about it? It's a California feed company. But they have no website, no splash page and no contact information. A local feed store sells it. It's cheaper than some of the other brands and that makes me wonder if it's quality and cheaper because it's local or cheaper because it's well...cheaper.

We buy that brand from our hay supplier and the chickens do well on it. I buy the one with oyster shell in it. It's quite a bit cheaper then Layena.
