DATE: SATURDAY, NOV. 2ND

PLACE: NORCO- NEIL SNIPES PARK on the corner of 5th and Hammer

TIME: usually start around 10AM till the cows come home!

WHAT WE DO: TALK "SHOP' BUY / TRADE / SWAP / OOGLE EVERYONES BIRDIES / meet all those people we only know by BYC names
Bring yer favorite birdies too and let them play in the sun and grass.....we all love to see everyones birds.
There is a beautiful open air pavillion w/ picnic tables that we use. PLEASE bring yer own lunch and drinks. If you want to share goodies…sell goodies….COOL BEANS!

IF there is interest we will have a raffle, so bring goodies to raffle off. The money pot from this will be raffled off to 3 lucky peeps 50% / 30% / 20% so its a great deal!

WE ALSO WILL HAVE A QUICK DEMO ON DESPURRING ROOSTERS, so if you have one you want done, bring him with....AND its free!

P.S. Of course doggies are more than welcome to come but please remember they have to be on leash, not all of the birdies are used to dogs..Thank you for your consideration with this....LOL

Hey So. Cal. BYCer's, I'm looking to rehome my 20 wk old sex link roo. I don't know why, but he doesn't get along with my BCM hen. I wondered who punched her in the eye and gave her the injury. I just released the BCM from lock-up now that's she's all healed, it only took 30 seconds before these 2 were fighting now her comb is tore up.... There has been no fighting at all in the 5 months of having these birds. This sex link gets along with everyone in the flock except her. I would rather rehome than freezer camp because of grandchild's bond.. I know few people trade birds, but if anyone would like a roo, please let me know..He would be free. If you have a couple of hens of the same age (20 weeks) to replace that would be great also, just looking for layers, not bullies.... for the Grandkids. Thanks for any considerations.

She had an eye injury cause unknown so I locked her up to recupe, after a week I let her back into gen pop and within seconds her and Chris went at it, now her comb is tore up. Now Chris is in solitary and awaiting being cut from the team. He gets along with all the other roos and hens (last 5 months) until now, these 2 don't get along. He is 20 weeks, healthy, shots, and no problems or injuries. He is free, can't plate him due to promise to granddaughter. Would appreciate a trade for 1 or 2, 20 wk old hens (any breed) just for laying and granddaughters smile. I anyone wants to donate a hen that looks like Chris, my life would be way easier!!! Thanks for anyones help and consideration. Trying to keep it local, Lake Elsinore or close surroundings.

Not meaning to be weird or anything but why would someone want to trade a known aggressive mix-breed roo that has already repeatedly injured a hen, for 1 or 2, 20 week old hens? especially with the undertaking that he would not become soup???

He hasn't been aggressive with any one of the flock except her... I made a promise that he would not become soup.... while we had him... You never know what people have or what people will do to help others unless you ask... I'm looking for hens that are the same age as my flock so we don't have integration issues.
