2) Where they need to go is more important than where you need to go.

Why did that person go in the right-turn lane to jump in front of everyone else at the stoplight? Oh yeah... They're more important than you are...
Why did that other person cut across four lanes of traffic at 120 mph, just to take the next exit? Oh yeah... Where they need to go is more important than where you need to go...
