Kim(Wolftracks),

I know you use Arnica and etc. Have you tried Serrepatase for pain and inflammation problems? I have been using it for a week now and two things:

1. Pain is a lot better
2. Psoriasis on the back of my scalp is going away. I have been fighting it for months now.

Crazy stuff! It might help you too.

Haven't in ages and the reason I was thinking about it is it is supposed to slow aging. LOL I'll have to price it and see how it works. Main problem though is when I broke my wrist I also hit the left side of my head and my right shoulder went into the sidewalk. They never did any xrays on my shoulder, but it doesn't sit right and no one goes passed just checking it and saying maybe arthritis or bursitis. I also had calcium deposits in the same shoulder years ago and treated it with ACV, but these days I'm so bad about continuing taking it. I used to use it daily for years. My mind wanders way to much these days.

I'm looking for a breeder for Belgian Cuckoo Malines ( Meshels).
Recognized in 1898. They were bred in the USA once imported. The bird is a good dual purpose bird that makes a good table bird because the extra down allows the fat to be distributed thru the meat instead of just under the skin.
I saw that they are still bred in Belgium and the Netherlands and in the UK and that there may be aCalifornia breeder.
Do any of your folks here know where I could acquire eggs or hatch?

I have turkeys and one of them has decided to explore above ground more and more often ever since i let them out of their cage. i was wondering, If i clip one of their wings, will it put them at risk during the cold winter nights? And also, won't that leave an open "caviy" for them to get sick or bugs to burrow themselves inside the hollow hole in the center part (shaft or quill) of their featers ? Any ideas would help. thank you!!!

sorry, can't help with turkey advice but I wanted to say I love your yard. The cannas are gorgeous, and are those Elephant ear I see. Love it!

I had someone loaning me and selling me nesting boxes for my rabbits this weekend. I haven't heard from them and they haven't shown. Anyone near me have any I could borrow or if you want to sell them (cheap please) that would be alright too. My does are due tomorrow!

I have used clorine boxes (the boxes people use to carry clorine for their swimming pools) in a pinch. Fill with enough straw and you bunny should make a nice little well to keep the babies confined Good luck,

I use totes (toughboxes or storage bins) for my chickens. It gives them plenty of space and they arent all cramped up in a small 5gal bucket like i've seen before (some hens do prefer the 5gal buckets though, i dont like it though). Just make a large openin with an electic tool. I also drill a lot of holes along the sides on top to let some ventilation flow threw. These next boxes are water proof. Just make sure that they are in the shade all day.
