Just wanted to post a few last minute things for everyone who is planning on attending the Chickenstock tomorrow.
1.) A map to the Zoo. It's very easy to get to as it's literally just off the 580 freeway.
When you enter the Zoo you will stop at a booth and have to pay for parking, after you leave the booth take the first left. Our picnic site Lion Lookout and should be very easy to find. Look for the big BYC banner,
hopefully Nifty will show up a little early and we can set the banner up to help folks navigate their way to the location...
hint, hint.
2.) Parking is
$7 per vehicle.
3.) Wear layers! We're expecting crisp fall weather in Oakland tomorrow, so make sure you wear clothes that you will be comfortably warm in. However the weather here can change suddenly so don't bundle up in a parka and furs...

We should be dry all through the event (
) but clouds will most likely start rolling in as the party winds down. Just in case the weather turns poor,
please check this thread tomorrow morning before you leave your homes. I will be up early and make sure everyone knows whether or not the party is going to happen as scheduled or if we have to cancel the event due to rain.
As of right now we are still planning on having the Chickenstock!
Just please, check for updates tomorrow before you head to Oakland.
