Where would I obtain some Calcium Gluconate? If she isn't eggbound would it hurt to give it to her? I've never had an eggbound bird but what would it feel like around the vent? I tried to feel but couldn't feel anything. I will say that I'm not sure if she's ever laid an egg. I can't tell who's egg is who's and I only find the call eggs occasionally because they hide them.At times, it looks like she has a "penguin-like stance" very much comparable to what an egg bound bird would look like. I would suggest giving her some Calcium Gluconate, and doing what I suggested earlier.

Thank you for the link. I will try to get some. The only thing that will be hard is administering it to her. When l get some, I will see if I can call my sister to help me out since she lives not far. I have never had to administer oral medication, so I will read the article by @casportponyYou can obtain Calcium Gluconate at most feed stores like TSC. Here is a link,

Administering it to her will not her, if she's not eggbound. It really depends, they tend to have a hard feeling abdomen when they're egg bound, but it can vary with each bird, IME.
Sorry for all the questions but what would be the dosage by weight? I will get her weighed today.
Thanks for that. I will pick some up after work.0.2ml per pound.

@Isaac 0 do ducks still poop when eggbound? I read somewhere that an eggbound duck would be unable to poop. Is that true?
