Call duck acting off

At times, it looks like she has a "penguin-like stance" very much comparable to what an egg bound bird would look like. I would suggest giving her some Calcium Gluconate, and doing what I suggested earlier.
Where would I obtain some Calcium Gluconate? If she isn't eggbound would it hurt to give it to her? I've never had an eggbound bird but what would it feel like around the vent? I tried to feel but couldn't feel anything. I will say that I'm not sure if she's ever laid an egg. I can't tell who's egg is who's and I only find the call eggs occasionally because they hide them.

You can obtain Calcium Gluconate at most feed stores like TSC. Here is a link,

Administering it to her will not her, if she's not eggbound. It really depends, they tend to have a hard feeling abdomen when they're egg bound, but it can vary with each bird, IME.

Thank you for the link. I will try to get some. The only thing that will be hard is administering it to her. When l get some, I will see if I can call my sister to help me out since she lives not far. I have never had to administer oral medication, so I will read the article by @casportpony

Sorry for all the questions but what would be the dosage by weight? I will get her weighed today.

@Isaac 0 do ducks still poop when eggbound? I read somewhere that an eggbound duck would be unable to poop. Is that true?

Sort of depends where exactly the egg is stuck. If its closer to the cloaca, it might block the poop from coming out the intestine. If its slightly further up the tract the feces still may be able to make its way out.

I was able to get a video of all the ducks. It seems she is acting a bit better and holding her wings in. She’s just not herself. I’m starting to think it might be egg binding because I can’t think of anything else it could be. 🤞
