Call duck eggs day 26 getting worried

Pics
♥️♥️ I’m totally in love... the mum was a apricot but they also had grey and silver ones if they mixed eggs up and Dad was mallard... don’t know sex yet which is hard to name them... but our little one is called lucky .

Guys I really can’t thank you enough and will keep you updated on process’s xx

I too was thinking silver at first but I then I saw that it actually looks like she has some faint markings on her head, across the eye, and her back like a pastel. Not sure if silvers have that.

I’m still trying to learn them all, you’re probably right. I have 6 I’ll need help with, whenever I can get some good pics :D

I think they might have mixed them up because crossing a grey (mallard) with an apricot will yield only blue fawn and neither of those are blue fawn.

Lol, I'm still learning them too! There are too many colors, darn it.

Older ducklings has a quick dip today ♥️

They are all doing really well and growing fast... very active little ducklings... can’t wait to actually try and guess the sex of them so can name them. Don’t really go under the heat lamp but it’s actually hot here in uk for once. What age do yours go to live out? Read about 5/6 weeks?
