Call duck eggs.

I'd pull the head and wing and hope for the best. I'd also have some water with electrolytes ready and get them started drinking while they're still in the shell. It's time for them to come out.

Electrolytes like pedialite? How do I pull there head out? With my fingers? I have some grow gel that I ordered for my other ducklings. Should I give them that? Do I break away the shell more?

No need to break the shell away-grab the bill and pull-don't use your fingernails, though, you can bruise the bill.
Make sure there are no sharp edges to poke the duckling.
Pedialyte will work in a pinch.
If the yolk sack is absorbed, those babies need to come out. You're on day 28, for sure, right?

Yes I put them in at 8:00 pm Mountain Time (Denver) Friday the 20th. I cant hurt their neck can I? I'm not sure if all the yolk is absorbed because there is a lot of clear snot looking stuff around them but they are opening and closing there beaks.

No, you won't hurt their necks, just be mindful of how they are positioned in the egg. Don't just yank, do it carefully.
Are you SURE these are 100% Call ducks? It is just so odd for a Call to still even be alive in the shell on day 28. Standard sized ducks take 28 days to hatch. Just want to be sure they aren't being hatched too early.

Pick off the shell to about half way down the shell be careful just a bit at a time ,when you get that off peel the membrane back slowly kind of roll it down over the duckling if there is any fresh blood stop, the one at the back seems to have some blood on it how long ago was that picture ? when you get half the shell off very gently help its head out then leave it for a while ,if you shine a light into the bottom of the egg and try to see if the yolk is absorbed,I have done this 27 times in the last 8 weeks and have not lost any .Dont just try to pull it out without taking the shell off if you pull you can damage its spine

The picture was taken about 5 hours ago. What will it look like if the yolk is absorbed or if it is not? What will be the difference?

you will see the yolk still attached it is a little sac, you need to get them out if they are on day 28 once you get their heads out just leave them they will kick the shell off themselves. They can take a while to dry off and start to move around,Pick the shell off now to half way down and they will have room to move. The one at the front seems to have no veins left in the membrane and so is ready to come out of there do it now and dont loose them
