I have call duck eggs hatching 2 have little cracks on the outer shell sorta like a spider web with a little bump up. Does this mean they have externally pipped?

Also one of my calls hatched from eggs 1 week ago it is yellow with like silver looking tips on the ends of the fluff. Any idea what color as an adult.

Yes, a crack in the outer shell is an external pip :)

A picture of the duckling would be best, but from what you're describing I'm thinking it's snowy.

Thank you so much. I know call ducks can be challenging to hatch, there has been no progress in about 8 hours do I check the egg, make a small opening or just leave it alone. I lost a good bit a few weeks ago that had pipped but no progress and I did not help. They were fully formed and everything just could not get out. I would hate for that to happen again.

I help mine hatch :) The better quality they are (in terms of SOP) the more trouble they have hatching, because of the short beaks and necks.

Here is an article I wrote about how to assist the hatch: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/
