Very cute. I would replace the newspapers with puppy pads or wood shaving bedding. Ducks cans get played legs with this, which is when their legs go out to their sides and then cannot support their body weight.Here’s more photos of the little.![]()

Yes, @viennaproto is right. The newspaper was just for the trip home. They are now happy in their brooder. Thank you for making sure. I wouldn’t leave them on a slippery surface. They now have a puppy pad with hay over it. They are settling in good as well.Oh, ok. Just wanted to be sure
Yes, call ducks are batnam breed of duck that stay smaller than average ducks. They come in many different colors. You don’t sound dumb, it is good to ask questions.I might sound dumb asking this but are call ducks just small ducks that come in all different colors?
