Call Ducks Finally Hatched

No, I am worried about these ducklings. I waited too long on my other batch and by the time I decided to open them up they were dead. What should I do?

Just candled all three of my still living eggs have movement. They look to me like my humidity was too high and they are stuck. My humidity/thermometer was moved around quite a bit during renovations on my house and I think it might be off. I didnt calibrate it so it may be off and my humidity might be threw the roof but I am not sure. Our sideways egg is moving but looks like it may have broked a vein. There is a dark spot right next to a vein. One egg had absorbed veins, one not at all, and our sideways sorta with the black spot.

Yeah put little hole in the big end right? With what should I make holes with? They havnt broke the internal membrane yet.

When I had to do it I used the sharp end of a large-ish sewing needle to scratch a tiny "x" on the shell, then used the blunt end to gently tap at it until I got a tiny piece of shell removed. Then I carefully used the same blunt end to peel away a tiny part of the membrane so it could get air.

But you'd have to know where their beaks are, and make the hole close enough to their heads to breathe but not so close that you'd end up poking them accidentally, which I wouldn't know how to do.

If you have never done it before get an egg out of the fridge and practice get the feel of how much pressure you need to apply before breaking it.. I use tweezers..
