So my snowy are starting to lay again. They had an odd earlier than usual molt and I figured they were done laying for the year. I'm going to try something different with this sportsman and incubating them cause this is the first year I've had horrid hatch rates.

I've only got 3 or 4 hens from the earlier eggs. And 6 or 7 drakes.:/ at least that's how it sounds right now.

Dang... well, sorry idk... I've never had good luck with a safe hole before an internal pip or pipping internal for them... I know many have done it, but it just never works for me... hope someone else can help you... good luck I hope she makes it!

Perhaps your safe hole is to big of a hole..

Tried small and big... but also the ones that didn't make it to an internal pip were the ones that hadn't lost enough moisture too... most that I've made safe holes for after internal pip have made it fine though...
