Call Ducks Finally Hatched

OMG, sounds like you have the advance stage of Hoarding Disease. LOL, My first call ducks were soooo cute, that My husband really liked, well he did the mistake of saying, "I want more call ducks". Well he forgot to mention how many. So Off to the Internet, I go, mine weren't laying yet. So I bought and bought and bought, LOL. Now that I have 24 call ducks, he tells me I'm a hoarder.

I told him, I'm not a hoarder, you just didn't specifically say how many so there for, I needed to make sure we had enough. LOL

YEH. TAUGHT HIM A LESSON.. LOL (not)...

I'm reading these posts to him and he's laughing through his pain of knowing more eggs will be coming! He says, "it's cause I love you". I'm continually testing that LOL!
He said, "of course, you wouldn't want to chance that you didn't have enough!" He gets us!!

I say if they can't get you an estimated Number on how many, then they are at fault. Because with us and our diseases, we can't help it nor can we control it. So if they can't help us, get our disease under control, well then they are just as much to blame as the next guy..

Our disease consumes us, there's no cure, no pill available, no shots, no creams, nothing, it totally takes over and for them to leave the field opened, without giving us a certain number. WELL I say they are the Hoarders... LOL

We have a Serious Medical Condition and they just don't understand that when you say "hatch more". our minds we are thinking "Hatch TONS."

We don't have the strength and will power to hold back. So in our diseased minds alls that we are thinking about is, "How many CAN I get to hatch".

We do NOT think in any other way. It's always, "GOT TO TRY AGAIN"... KEEP TRYING, DON"T STOP TRYING. LOL.. Kind of like the Train that COULD. "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can get more to hatch".. LOL

That's what this disease does to us.. So when they say Hatch more, they are just at fault for not limiting us. LOL

Husbands they just don't want to help us, ONLY to complain about us???

The Hatching Disease?  Sounds like you both have it.  LOL.. But then again I should talk, I have 21 eggs in my incubator right now.  LOL but I'm OK because you see I have advanced stage of the Hoarding Disease. LOL  At least that's what my husband tells me. HAHAHAHA

At least we're not alone. Did you get my response about having circulated air in incubator? Anything else you suggest or am I doing ok so far?

Must be contagious LOL. I have 44 bantams, 5 calls, 12 chinchillas, 26 parrots, a french bulldog, a mastiff/lab mix, a freshwater tank with 5 cichlids and a salt water tank with about 8 fish . No husband to limit me or complain about me!! OooHhh.... and 7 call eggs in the incubator AND I just ordered 20 more call eggs

How big is your incubator? I'm wondering why you have two fans? I'm thinking with two fans, you could possibly be drying up the eggs inside and not even know it.. and perhaps that's why your having a hard time with the call ducks? Just a theory..

OMG, that is too funny. YEH THAT'S IT WALK AWAY, WE HAVE A HORRIBLE DISEASE AND ALLS YOU WANT TO DO IS WALK AWAY.

Torment us with it and then walk away.
