Your little guy was not the wrong end, you made him the safe hole and you told me you could see his little beak, unless you made the safe hole at the wrong end then yeh he would be backwards but, I believe you told me you made it at the top of the air cell.. Which is the correct end, and according to that second pic you had sent to me before, he was in the correct position.

So now we have to work on getting him out safely, it's going to be a long process but you can do it....
