Call Ducks Finally Hatched

400

Second is out

Glad to hear the 10 are doing well!!! Sorry for the ones that didn't make it :(

Thanks. All a part of life I guess but is really heartbreaking to see them fully developed like that and not make it. Especially the 4 that had pipped. I just hope the others are still strong enough to keep fighting a little longer

I did but I couldn't find them? I was looking on it on my phone so I might have to get on my computer. All I saw was stuff about venomous reptiles and captive wildlife

Humm. I pull it up on my phone too. Ducks are wildlife and when you keep them in captivity they are considered captive wildlife. The website I sent should pull up the page with all the documents. It's the 3rd one down 68A-6.004. Click on the word document icon and the rules for all captive wildlife come up. Even venomous reptiles. Ducks are listed on page 12 of the document

Huh. ?? On the Florida fish and wildlife page they are listed under game birds, not captive wildlife.

Ancona ducks are a domestic breed they were never wild.

Are the calls a wild breed? I may have to reconsider raising them, I don't think I have enough money for the enclosures lol
