Right now he appears like he's going to be white, but a girl can hope he'll turn out being silver!!! (Silver doesn't show up until later since its such a light color) also rare!!

I did but I couldn't find them? I was looking on it on my phone so I might have to get on my computer. All I saw was stuff about venomous reptiles and captive wildlife
Humm. I pull it up on my phone too. Ducks are wildlife and when you keep them in captivity they are considered captive wildlife. The website I sent should pull up the page with all the documents. It's the 3rd one down 68A-6.004. Click on the word document icon and the rules for all captive wildlife come up. Even venomous reptiles. Ducks are listed on page 12 of the document
