Call Ducks Finally Hatched

First one is out!!! I had to help, I only thought one was backwards but the one that externally pipped was too and couldn't finish up. Boy when I broke that first piece of shell away he shoved his head through it so fast!!! Lol! I will get a picture in a little bit my daughter woke up crying right after he got out of his shell!!
 
Number 2 same thing! He started zipping himself but the shell was too hard. I cracked it for him this AM and out he popped! Third one still cooking and healthy looking.

Is that a pure black? I have not seen allot of those. They are so cute! congratulations!! How is the third one?
I have the magpie genetics figured out. If you breed bibbed to pied, you get 100% magpie ducklings. If you breed magpie to magpie you get a mix of magpie bibbed and pied.

Nope he's bibbed. And yes you are right on the magpie genes. I think my blue fawn male is a pied. I will take a close up of him. I didn't really notice the white on him before.

I have no idea. It appears to be pencilled around the eyes. Also, it appears to not only have yellow, and black, but a lighter shade as well. I will get better pictures tonight when I pull him out of the bator.
