Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Yes gro gel is good for shipping ducks ducklings etc,

I feed mine chick starter first 2 weeks then I switch them to a mix of chick starter and layer pellets.

Adults get layer pellets, hemp seeds, greens in their water, minnows, crickets and mealworms.

GREENS IN THEIR WATER? can you please explain..... LOL HUMP SEEDS. ooops hemp seeds hahaha

Lol did I detect a bit of sarcasm in that post???

I don't spoil them. We have bearded dragons and so tons of crickets and meal worms, I share with the ducks.

Bait shop has minnows for $1.59 a dozen so I grab several dozen once a week.

Do you Raise your own mealworms? I have two containers FULL OF THEM... LOL.. I have a bearded Dragon. OMG WE ARE TWINS!!!

OMG really you have dragons too?! Haha awesome!!!

Greens in water: like chard and romaine lettuce, bok choy. Whatever I have on hand for the dragons. I put it in their water because it wilts otherwise and they don't eat it.

Whelp I haven't had ducks a full year yet but I suppose I will do it until I go broke or minnows aren't available. It's florida though so ha.

Oh and my last egg from before they quit laying internally pipped yesterday and has now externally pipped today. Will be up most of the night waiting for the zipping to start :) I'm a little concerned though as he's not due til Sun. Everything I've hatches in the incubator has always hatched a day early but this would be really early.
