Yep, work like normal folk do

. I'm usually at the office from 7a-5:30p but on a good day I'll come in at 6a. I've been slacking lately with all the babies hatching and not getting here until 7. I usually take a 1/2 hr lunch somewhere between 1p and 3p and I get online at that time.
Anyway - on the blue penciled, the rumps should be blue on the males and the rest of the "brown" is a blue hazed. The normal penciled look just like the grey pied hens but males will have the splotchy green head and lack the burgundy chest of they grey pied. My blue pair is a blue pied male and a blue penciled hen so you may get either. Her eggs are the white ones. My other pair are the both the normal penciled so should only produce more penciled. I believe they're the ones with the green eggs. This past weekend I did see my blue pied male trying to mate the normal pied hen though. He was not successful while I was out there but not sure if there are other times that he is.
