It wasn't that way when I was 15 though. No way we're my parents having ducks or chickens around. The closest thing we got was going to the local pond and feeding the ones there lol
 
Okay sounds good!!

My little guy is still alive. I really don't know if it'll make it though. When I candle it I can see huge veins. I have never had an egg that close to hatch that I've been able to see veins still (like that)

That's how my little Ameraucana was that had the deformity and cross beak. He was past his due date yet i could still see the huge veins so I opened him from the bottom, away from all the veins, just in case but I knew something wasn't right. I really hope yours is ok and is just a slow poke.

OMG, well my friend I'm sorry to say you do not have HD, whew... Nope instead you have what is called, CHEDD. Yes that's right CHEDD..

It stands for CANT HAVE ENOUGH DUCKS DISEASE. THERES ALSO A VERSION CALLED CHECD. THIS VERSION IS FOR CHICKENS..

now unless you actually bought them then the disease has not taken affect yet, this disease is actually worst then HD, it can get so out of control. But since your so young and you thought about it. Well say your in the denial stage of the disease. Lol
