Plz help I don't know what's wrong he hatched out bu himself a d he has like ares thing hanging our of his stomach belly bottom area is this all normal. He is really sleepy but trying to escape the egg. But can he do this since he has that red thing.

I can't tell by your pictures so I can only guess, and my guess is he's too sticky and is struggling, get yourself some warm water, get yourself a qtip, wipe his eyes, wipe his nostrils make sure his nose is clear so he can breath properly. KEEP HIM WARM..

I can't tell, OK, lay him Flat on his belly, put the shell up against something like the wall of the bator, he's not ready and it sounds like he is rushing things, sounds like he doesn't have his main vein absorbed yet. IF that breaks, it will end his process, so get him up against something. Where's your humidity at?? and do you have more that needs to hatch.

GET that nostril clean. Don't try to clean inside his mouth. Just his nose holes,

His umbilical cord is dried out he just can't pull himself out he is extremely weak

Sounds like he has a swelled up vent AND his veins are not absorbed. Those will shrink down but it's going to take a little bit of time, we need him to STAY in that shell until he's done... Little stinker, did you help at all?
