Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Oops yes! I meant the blood halo! Thanks @Amykins :) They're definitely all alive and growing! The only one I'm concerned about is the first one, that seems sorta loose or something. I'm going to take a pic when I candle again tomorrow night and then post it, so y'all can see and hopefully help me.

I knew what you meant ;). Just wanted to correct so others didn't misunderstand what you were referring to if they happened to pop in and read your post.

I have a couple call eggs that went into the bator on the 14th to check fertility before selling a batch to someone. Another 10 days or so and hopefully we'll have a couple more cuties :)

I am thinking I have two hens now, when all these months I thought I had a hen & a drake!
Do hens mount each other?
Do you have a breeder, or are you a breeder? If I do have two hens I would like to get a drake!
Thank you so much for all your help, comments & suggestions.

Hens will definitely mount each other, I have two and they do it all the time.

@clousert Lol, thanks for the correction (; what color calls do you have in the bator? @Dianne1928 So exciting! We are all expecting little spring cuties! :)

My flock all runs together so could be any color. That's what I love most about hatch day :)

I agree! Not knowing what color is going to hatch is half the fun and excitement! I have 3 calls, a grey pair and a male snowy, and my male snowy was thrown from a pair of greys. So, I'm praying I hatch out a little snowy girl from my grey momma! :) She could throw greys, snowys, or even whites! Wishing and hoping for a little snowy girl! What color calls do you have? Are your possibilities endless?
