My vet gave me a receipe to use for tube feeding, but my question is are you asking me to just gatorade him to get some fluids in him?

This was a while back, I had a Rooster that had an issue, I can't remember exactly what his problem was but I had to tube feed him and my vet gave me a receipe to use for cases like this. I remember that day clearly, I was putting the tube down his throat and CRYING while doing it. OMG, it' was hard to tube feed a rooster by yourself with Tears coming down. LOL

I didn't want to do it but I didn't want to loose him either.. OMG, LOL It's all coming back to me.

Aweeee 29 Grams...  LOL  He's very alert but the wheezing thing.  GRRR.  I'm just afriad if I tube feed him that he's going to Up chuck all that right out of the nose?? and end up sufficating because of me..

I haven't gotten confirmation yet on the tube feeding? I am not really clear if kathy thinks I should just give him gatorade or what?

I wonder if I should try and give him this mixture of Probotics and Electrolytes instead?

Oh it was horrible, but he was such a good sport about it, he closed his eyes and let me go at it. LOL, Now it doesn't bother me....
