Start begging....My friend just downsized from 10 acres to 5 and she’s working towards being self sustainable. She has fruit trees, a vegetable garden, chickens for eggs, and she does her own canning. I’m going to see if I can build a bachelor pad on her property and raise cockerels for meat on her property and on butchering day we’ll split the birds.
You can build anything if you have the wood...Has anyone ever used shed walls to make a coop? My aunt has an old shed, fencing, fence posts, an old swing set, and other lumber that I’m picking up from her house in March.
Actually the chicken came first. The Bible says that God made all the animals complete.Take 10 steps back and never buy Birds till the Coop is ready...My Husband asks this..what came first? The Chicken or the egg?....He says the Coop...![]()
