They were with their mom until yesterday. They are almost a week old (tomorrow I think).
I'm not sure how warm you are yet. I generally start taking mine outside when temperatures are 70-80, and it's sunny and not too breezy.
She has first dibs on any poultry. She's always watching them, no matter where they are at. She likes chicken.
From the pics I saw, the mom had her babes outside these last few days and today the high is only 40 something. But, I won't do that yet. They are skeered right now anyway. Lol
They are probably pretty good at running too. Mine were always great at climbing too. A muscovy duckling can easily climb out of a 2-3 foot fence if determined to do so.
They were brought to me in a carrying crate. There were only the 3 females. I caught them pretty easily. But, the males ping ponged around. This was the one that jumped into my hand. One almost ping ponged right out the car door into the parking lot as I was looking at them!

The owner did. She vent sexed. Plus, she knows how the color genetics work and with certain mixes in moscovies, you can sex them according to color. She double checked via vent just to be sure.
