She's probably chasing them because they are starting to mature. You could just wait and watch or just be rid of them. Some pullets get cranky like teenagers when they start to mature, and other hens can feel the need to remind them of their place.

When I kept silkies I did have a couple of standards with them initially and they didn't bother them, but it always made me nervous so I moved them out eventually. I'm too cautious as I don't like problems either, so I do what I can to avoid drama.

Than I probably would hold on to them and see if you wanted to keep them. Unfortunately there's always some drama when keeping chickens. I try to stay out of it as much as possible or I will get driven nuts too. In a couple months all my little roosters will start making pullets scream and I will be rounding them.

Okay I'm pulling those Cockerels once I catch them. Still out free ranging...
