Topic of the Week - What do you do with all those eggs?

I give them away to family and neighbours. They don't agree with me, so I rarely eat them.

For now, I gift the extra to family, friends, and neighbors.

Severe stomach pains. So a fried egg, or a boiled egg once in a blue moon is sufficient. My sister appreciates them though.

Edit: My phone keeps posting before I’m done. Anyway, on the rare occasion that we have too many, I gift to family. Everyone loves fresh eggs!

Any that we don’t use are given to friends or relatives. Any left after that are donated to a local food bank.

I never thought about the food bank! Looking forward to my lil ladies laying so I can donate

I give mine away to our pastor and the old ladies at church.

I am wanting to batter with the community garden near my home for some green fresh veg for my chickens in exchange for their eggs....I am keep on thinking about it, but so far not yet get there....grrr..

The eggs benedict, the hollandaise sauce is calling me........

As we all know eggs are a welcome benefit of keeping chickens, but sometimes, especially after chicken math hits and the flock grew, some of us may have the wonderful dilemma of having a few too many eggs! I'm curious to hear what you all do with your chickens' eggs. Especially the extra ones.

Using extra eggs is easy for me, besides baking, I make my own healthy dog food and use any extra eggs to add to their food... (happy dogs with shiny fur coats).
