I have a question

are the werewolves ALWAYS werewolves and cant turn to humans ? and do the humans and werewolves have the same rankings just the werewolves arent taken?

Werewolves can turn into humans. Werewolves and humans share ranks in the camp, like if a human were a hunter, a werewolf can be a head hunter.
