Calling all chicken pros! Gender? Breed?

#3 has feathered legs/feet ... Cute mixes, all looking to be pullets to me at this time. Repost pics when they're 8wks. @EggSighted4Life maybe right with #3, that stance .... Could you get a closer pic of it's comb? Looks to be pea comb, one row or three?

They are all crossbreds/mutts/hybrids/mixed breeds, what ever term you prefer.

Do you have any idea what each mix might be? Or is it too hard to determine?

Can have impact... doesn't mean a lot really... I WISH it were that simple.

Brahma lay brown eggs and have a pea comb. Also Cornish, Buckeye, and Cubalaya.

Silkie comb, Walnut.. is considered a modified pea. Rose comb is also considered a modified Pea

Since the only "blue layer" or sire mentioned is ONE EE... you will likely get a greenish egg or maybe tinted to brown. I would be surprised if were a blue. I don't really find this little chart to be accurate but it's a cute starter guide that can give you a basic idea...

It sure is fun to see what color they will lay!

I'd say all females...unless you see very red combs appear within a couple weeks.

I agree, they all appear to be mixed breeds. I can't really tell their gender yet. They're lovely though.

Thats a tall order lol. With so many potential combos it may be slightly easier when they are older.

With both male and female sex links in the mix for parentage, it would be extremely difficult to determine who is what breed.
