It's a Easter Egger - there is NO doubt about that. Not a guess.

I also believe it's a male.

I'm pretty confident she is a she! Thanks for asking. I hope this will help other people with black and white EEs. And, she is also very tiny, but she has been since she was a chick. Smaller than a banty but sweet as can be.
