That's an EE. Wyandottes have primarily yellow legs.

As for gender, black and white coloring does not always mean cockerel.
Here is my girl Iris, black and white.

And today...

If yours is 5 weeks, at this point I'm guessing pullet. But I'm not 100% positive.
