I would love to join you all too, if you will have me.

I am on day 10 with my new Brinsea Oct 20. I am also on the CNY thread. Hatch date of Feb. 3. Then I am setting another batch on Feb. 17th.
Here is my starting line up. Stacking was inspired from Chickenstalker's great idea. I thank you for showing us how.
I started with 33 eggs in the incubator. 21 of my own and 12 shipped eggs.

Got my eggs!!!!!!

I candled them earlier tonight. I am letting them settle for now and will set them in the morning. I am not sure about 3 of the air cells.

I will candle again in the morning before i set them. Fingers crossed those 3 look better in the morning!

I have 6 shipped eggs, and 2 from a friend (local.) So that's one more than my turner will hold. So I will be hand turning at first anyway! Yay for more eggies!

My Brinsea came today!! Unfortunately they forgot to include the turner, but said they would ship it today. My bought eggs will ship monday or tuesday. My Rooster and Hens are busy making more eggs to fill in the rest of the slots. So with any luck I will set my first hatch late next week.

I am getting excited!!

Collected one egg today!! My main egg layers are BO pullets, which I'd rather not try to hatch many of their eggs, since I've read older hens have a better hatch rate, so I was happy to be able to grab a RIR egg when she laid it in her own private nest. Sure do hope my 'bator is shipping ok!!

My Brinsea is arriving today Eco 20 with turner.... Yippee... I will check everything and then set 2 dozen shipped Penedesenca eggs in a few days.. First incubator hatch... Good Luck everyone!!!!
