Calling All New Brinsea Owners!!! February Hatch-a-long... PRIZES!!!

Quote:
Is it a small egg? It might be better to go ahead and arrange them to where it can't roll around. All that rolling can't be good on the egg's development either.

I just picked up my eggs! A lady locally has a flock of Ameracaunas and GLW's, the roos are Ameracauna/GLW crosses. I got 8 green eggs and 5 light brown. I cracked open one of the brown ones to check for fertility and SCORE!!! MAJOR bullseye!!! (I NEVER would have known how to check if it weren't for BYC!!

) So...I'm hoping the 10 that I put in my Mini ECO are also fertile. I'm so excited.

My husband doesn't quite get it, but my little girls are going to be so excited to have baby chicks again. I don't know who will be more anxious, them or me?!?!

I set 14 serama eggs in my Brinsea this morning. Keeping my fingers crossed for a good hatch. I am going to enjoy having 2 incubators so I can have staggered hatches.
