I never checked to see what make my cast iron pans were until reading what everyone was saying on here. My 12' skillet says made in the USA but my hubby's 8' skillet says Wagners 1891 and it has the instructions for seasoning and caring for it stamped on the bottom. It wouldn't be that old since it says to season with oil and bake in a 300 degree oven for I hour. It's interesting though.
