I don’t understand the whole wait until they’re older thing with the bunnies because I know with dogs and most other animals it’s better to introduce them as puppies/babies so that they get used to each other from a young age and don’t have issues as opposed to introducing them as territorial adults so I don’t really understand what it is different for rabbits??? Or moans? But surely if they knew each other from babies they would not attack each other?

Because you'd have to separate them before 3 months old and wait to get them fixed. Especially if they're male and female, at when they're young it can be a hit hard to tell for sure.

Once rabbits hit bunny puberty, they become very hormonal and can end up fighting, even if they previously got along fine. Then once they're fixed they pretty much become different rabbits. Their personalities can change a lot.

And after all that time that they'd have to be separated, those few months from when they were babies don't really mean much.

If they can't be bonded after all of this you'd have to either have separate housing or regime one.
