Why does she have to go to the vet?

She has a carrier. She still hates the car and the vet is on the opposite side of town.

Just a general health check. She is about to turn 1 year old and I (a chronic worrier) would like them to check her glands, teeth, weight etc. to make sure she is in tip top condition.
