His fur is quite thick-do you think the urine gets stuck then mats? (Sorry, Im clueless about bunnies)

Fur can get urine stains. Its called urine scald Im told. When we had rexes, they did get the occasional mat from their waste if they werent cleaned well.

This one is an American and theyre fur is quite different. They havent had a single mat
