I woke up this morning, and I got a notification of a dangerous wind chill. Right now, we have a windchill of -30F. Current temperature is -4F.

I decided to bring Sophie inside, because of the windchill.

For those of you who do not know, we found her alive. She’s not dead.

There was a little bit of ice stuck to her fur. Her fur was also very cold. I’m glad I brought her in when I did.

How are everyone else’s rabbits?

The deep freeze is heading here tonight I’m getting motivated now to go out and finish preparations for the critters. My biggest concerns are possibility of power outage and worry that I won’t be able to get the gates open if the latches and ground freezes
