I would buy a first class ticket to Australia, arrive at Sydney Harbor just before the NYE festival, watch the fireworks on the Harbor bridge, and have dinner at the Sydney Tower.

the next day I would go sky diving above Uluru, (Ayers Rock) and eat raspberries while walking through the Field of Lights!
