idk just one on my phoneWhat kind of alarm do you have?
There are a lot of intrusive alarm apps you can get, or getting a physical alarm clock that will be louder. Or you can ask a family member to wake you up (I know that's unpleasant) at a certain time for one week, then your body will start waking up at that time by itself.idk just one on my phone![]()
i can wake up early it just means i also need to go to sleep early but the night is the only time i can just be by myself and relaxThere are a lot of intrusive alarm apps you can get, or getting a physical alarm clock that will be louder. If your body knows it's going to wake up soon, it will lighten your sleep. So if you set your alarm ten to fifteen minutes before you would usually wake up, you will be more likely to wake up to it.
I understand that, I had a time where that rang true for me as well. The night is like a cave for young teens to crawl into to get a break. It'll change as you get older and as external pressures shift and your character becomes more resilient. It's kind of a growth thing.i can wake up early it just means i also need to go to sleep early but the night is the only time i can just be by myself and relax
