There are a lot of intrusive alarm apps you can get, or getting a physical alarm clock that will be louder. Or you can ask a family member to wake you up (I know that's unpleasant) at a certain time for one week, then your body will start waking up at that time by itself.
If your body knows it's going to wake up soon, it will lighten your sleep. So if you set your alarm ten to fifteen minutes before you would usually wake up, you will be more likely to wake up to it.

i can wake up early it just means i also need to go to sleep early but the night is the only time i can just be by myself and relax

I understand that, I had a time where that rang true for me as well. The night is like a cave for young teens to crawl into to get a break. It'll change as you get older and as external pressures shift and your character becomes more resilient. It's kind of a growth thing.

ehhh i mean i have had sleep problems since i was like 5 cause i have really horrible nightmares that i wake up from with panic attacks but who knows i might sleep a lot better when i am older and my home life gets better
