calling all wild bird feeders!!

Pics
We have cardinals year round here. I love seeing them. They sure do enjoy picking out the sunflower seed in the feeders! Earlier this year DH and I were on the porch and we had 7 of them at one time.

Year rounders here - males go olive drab in the summer.
Sort of like they're wearing camo, right sour?

I don't know sour. For as much time as I spend watching them, I really don't know a lot about their habits.

Every day I find out more things I don't know much about...it can get a bit depressing I tell ya.

Just saw an interesting bird on the deck railing. It was a Junco with a solid white tail. Neat contrast between the slate gray color of the bird and the pure white tail - made my day.

Did you think of us and get a pitcure? Or did you just watch it for your own enjoyment without giving one thought to the fact we might like to see it???

And then rub it in by telling us all about it!
