calling any one from missouri

Storm clouds abound. 2 1/2" rain so far. Weatherman says most of the unstable atmosphere is south of I 44, and we are north, so :fl

This is the 'little stream' you usually can step over--now it has little whitecaps:

Yikes. Well, you'll have to let us know when you get home safe!

I made it... lots of rain... not too super heavy for the most part... but I saw lots of creeks and dry washes pushing a lot of water... but no flooded roads ... or bad winds ... at least not on my route.

Hope everyone else stays safe... just heard a ‘Nader warning for around Norwood

We got 5" rain.....

WOW!, we got 1/2" so far since last night.

JT

We got a bit over 3 inches ... had a tornado warning last night right at bed time... went to the basement for about 20 minutes...and power went out in the middle of the night causing a carbon monoxide detector to start chirping at 2 am:th

But that “after the spring rain” feel in the yard sure was nice this morning...the early irises look a little soggy... but this Lilly was perky ( it’s blooming a bit early because it was hot house grown and just bought and transplanted recently )

Hope everyone else stayed safe and dry!
