calling any one from missouri

LegBars, Maran, Maran/Cochin crosses, Ameracauna, Muscovy and BR Heritage Quad+ for sale.

Legbars are an auto sexing at hatch rare breed. Males have a distinct white spot on their head and females are stripped like chipmunks until they feather out. They are very good layers of medium to large sky blue eggs. Considered Large Fowl, they are on the smaller side with an excellent feed to production ratio. My lines originate from Jordan Farms and GreenFire Farms - Top US importers of rare breeds. Being offered are mature PAIRS ONLY for $50 per pair.

I've also got musovy, Maran, Maran/Cochin crosses, Ameracauna, Muscovy and BR Heritage Quad+ for sale.

hello to all that are new to BYC and the MO thread.

the first from my spring 2014 hatch are beginning to lay.

I have been building another pen since some of mine didn't return from their days of free ranging this summer. I will be catching grass clippings next summer instead of free ranging every day.

Believe all the CCLB pairs will be gone this weekend tho there may be a dark juvie pair or a few cockerels that will be left. The boys will work with your brown egg layer flock for creating olive eggs or white egg layers for more blue egg layers. Smaller end of LF they can be used with either LF or Batams. Scovy numbers are going down but I still have a good number - people see how nice they are and tend to take more than they planned but I had a errrhhhm uhhh basket full. . I may have some direct from Fancy Chicks English Red Cuckoo Orp started chicks up for grabs once they get a bit older that I can sex and chose my breeders - hit the mother load on them and there are more than I will need. My English lav orp hens are in with a pair of unique direct import line BBS roos so once they start laying again there will be lav splits available - eggs or chicks. I also have lav hens in with my Isabel Lav roos - same story on egg or chicks. The Marc Sacre Reds will be old enough to start laying soon as well. All kinds of exotic English Orp flavors growing out for next year. Yeeehaaawww. Lots going on with the Ameracaunas as well.....

I am from south east Missouri near Cape Girardeau. We have 9 Rhode island reds. I have 6 kids and wonderfully handy husband. Looking for 10-15 more if anyone knows anyone selling them. Already laying hens would be great.

So I;m sitting here with an octagon janoel, 2 janoel 48s and bought a cabinet incubator. Think I can let one of the Janoel 48 go... only used once to incubate and eggs moved to hatcher. Has clear bottom, digital temp and humidity monitor/alarms and auto turner. Not a thing wrong with it, only a couple months old so all but new, latest model. You can buy new on EBAY for $135 or pick this up for $100 - FIRM.
