Hi fellow Missourians! I live in the chicken unfriendly city of St. Peters, but am hoping to move to the country where I can have a small flock of buff orpingtons
Hello all. I new here and am from a small town outside Mexico. I currently have 23BO 18 BR 6 WR 12 RIR 3anacona 1SLW 1 Am Roo 5 NHR 1 CW 2 SL and 5 Black Giant chicks mixed with white rock and close to a 100 eggs in the bator.
Shelia I use a poultry grain mix and laying mash mixed 3 to 1 they seem to do pretty well on that and we from time to time throw out left over vegies and fruit. Just this morning I gave them some over ripen grapefruits.
dkelewae, I hope you get you Buff Orpingtons they are nice chickens. I have 4 hens now and 30 eggs to go into the bator + 14 Golden Cuckoo Marans and 6 Millie Fleur eggs. Dh said he will go get me another turner so I can start all of them
