It has been beautiful weather here the past 3 days!! Tomorrow's high is supposed to be 89 and Wednesday is calling for 91. Thursday 84 but thunderstorms and then the next 6 days it should be 85 or higher! I think Summer has made it here. It will just get hotter and hotter.

Today we will level the mini coop, install the vents, and move those rowdy youngsters out of the basement! I made a small opening in their brooder wall and placed an open cat carrier next to it yesterday. It contains their original baby box. After initial trepidation, they began exploring it, and actually all slept in there last night. So I'll corral them all back into it to move them today... They are weaned from heat and ready for the outdoors.

Forgot to ask my mom what this shrub is...it looks like mini rose but if it is it's huge. It sure is loaded with blooms this year!
