I picked a bunch of Concord grapes at my friend’s winery last night. Spent most of the day today turning them into grape juice. Maybe tomorrow or Monday I’ll turn at least some of it into grape jelly. Sunday evening I’m taking 5 out of 8 of my grandkids to a place called “Swing Around Fun Town”. They will get to play for 3 hours. Batting cages, mini golf, go carts, lots of arcade games, a climbing area, bumber cars and who knows what else. They have been eagerly awaiting September 3 for a couple of weeks now!
I hope they have as much fun as they think they will !

Got my meat birds out into their tractor yesterday. Harvested about 4 gallons of peppers from the garden too. I guess it's going to be a canning/freezing/smoking day today.

5 years old, 6 years old, 8 years old, 9 years, and 11 years old. My son and his wife will be there ( they are the parents of 3 of them). It’s a church group’s “back to school bash” so there will be a lot of kids and adults.

Ah, nice. Memories... it's been a long time since I've been around young parents and little kids. I miss it!

I will be glad when mine are bigger and able to enjoy life more. My girl turned 2 last week and my boy turns 3 in a week lol
