Calluses on Claws

My Japanese bantam hen has odd callus like things on her claws, I think it is actually dirt caked on. None of the other birds have it. I tried to pull them off and she just pulled her feet away not like it hurt. What should I do?

Pictures? Sounds like it might be just built up poo and dirt... but hard to tell without pictures.
