C... How cold was it? Were you warm enough? You must have the really good below 0 type sleeping bags.

This time was right about freezing (we had both rain and sleet), but we've camped in 15-below F and been lounging on top of the sleeping bags in our underwear. We have a titanium woodstove that goes inside the tent. "Hot tenting", as it's called, is the only way to go in winter. As cozy as any cabin, and if you hang your clothes at the peak of the tent, they're dry by morning.​

sheesh......and I thought I had it rough with 74, 5 to 14 year old girl scouts (and their chaperones) last weekend (in cabins)! LOL
