can 5 week old chicks go outside?

I don't have outside electricity, but I had bantams out in a pen in the sunshine at four weeks. They're almost five weeks now and I still bring them in at night, but I'll stop as soon as the little knuckleheads learn to go into the henhouse at night rather than making a big, wiggly chicken pile on the ground in the run.

I would think it would be a good idea to have them stay in the coop for a couple of days to get used to sleeping there, then let them out into the run.
